What is Dedicated Member Assistance?
Your Premium Membership includes a dedicated virtual chamber assistant (MA). You'll work with your MA on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person via text messaging. Your MA will grow to know you, your work, and your display preferences.
Where will my MA be located?
All of our MAs are located in the United States and you'll work with an assistant that is assigned to your Chamber of Commerce.
What is the Branded Chamber Email feature?
Branded Email is a little addition that makes it possible to have an email address for your business that clearly shows that you are a reputable business and belong to the Chamber of Commerce.
Your MA will be happy to make your Branded.Email address part of your new business presentation.
Will my MA be working on the weekend?
Our MAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend, and your MA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
Will my MA be working on holidays?
Member Assistants observe major US holidays. Your Member Assistant will be offline and spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions:
How about in-bound phone calls?
Yes and no. Every MA has a dedicated extension available for you to call to submit tasks (or just to check stats, etc.). However, this line is available for your convenience. Your MA cannot accept calls from other individuals or service providers on your behalf.
Can my MA edit and format my online presentation for me?
They sure can. Your MA can use our unique DisplayedRight technology to format and edit your online business presentation.
Can my MA work with social networking tools?
All of our MAs go through our training and readiness reviews so that they can best serve you from day one. While we do not post on your social networks for you, the system we do provide will automatically update your FB catalog, twitter, mobile app, and more.
Your MA will be happy to provide guidance and setup services to be sure all of these channels are working.
Can my MA offer educational services?
If you are a Premium Member, advanced educational resources are made available to you. Your Member Assistant can offer guidance on which classes may be best for you and also provide the codes needed to access this professional service.
Can my MA do design work for me?
They can, and often rely on our internal design services team. Typical services are included with your Premium Membership Plan.
If you need support beyond what is provided with your Premium Membership (which is unlikely), your MA can certainly research and see what design services might be required.
How about video or audio editing?
Much like design work, audio and video editing requires domain expertise which your MA will not be able to provide. If you're in a pinch to find a good editor though, your MA will gladly try to hunt down the best one for you!
How Can I Participate?
Simply ask your Chamber of Commerce or membership organization to upgrade your membership to premium and, once they do, you will get a call from a Member Assistant to get started.
